500 Startups is bringing its world-class programming and network of partners & mentors to the wider entrepreneurial community with a series of two-day intensive bootcamps for early-stage founders. Founders are welcome to apply to one or the full series of bootcamps. Our progressive curriculum has been thoughtfully crafted to provide the tools, resources and mentorship needed to exponentially scale a company. Bootcamps are capped at 20 startup teams per session. Participation is free of cost (no fee or equity taken).

Rebecca was the Founder and CEO of CakeHealth, a web-app that provides transparency to healthcare coverage and expenses (acquired in 2015). She was named as one of "15 Women in Tech to Watch" by Inc. Magazine, and one of the "25 Hottest Silicon Valley Startup CEOs" by Business Insider. Rebecca has spoken about consumer driven healthcare trends for Singularity University's FutureMed, Healthcare Unbound Conference, Gamification Summit, and SXSW Interactive. Her prior experience involved running quantitative and qualitative research related to consumer technology adoption, behaviors, and digital consumption.
Terri is the Warren C. Johnson Endowed Chair and Professor, Management, at the University of Miami. Her fields of interest include leadership, mentorship, and applied research methods. From 2007 to 2012, she served as dean of the graduate school of the University of Miami. She has been a visiting scholar in Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, China and the United Arab Emirates. Terri has authored or co-authored over two hundred presentations, articles and book chapters. Her book, Essentials of Organizational Behavior: An evidence-based approach was published by SAGE Publications in 2016.
Ana Paula González is the Head of 500 Startups Miami, where she leads acceleration, investor and corporate training programs for South East US and Latan America. Prior to 500 Startups, Ana spent four years at New Ventures, developing the impact investing field in Latin America, by leading investment and acceleration programs for social and environmental companies throughout the region. Ana started her career at The Boston Consulting Group, where she worked with clients in Private Equity, financial services and non-profit sectors. Ana holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with honors and a Bachelor in International Business from Tec de Monterrey with honors.
Richard is an internationally experienced consulting executive who has successfully delivered highly complex, multi-year digital transformation programs for clients around the world as a partner at PwC and executive at Cisco Systems. He has built teamsin the U.S., Hong Kong and London, and co-founded several consulting practices in the U.S. and Asia. As part of this role Richard led the recruiting and hiring of high performing team members for these startup practices, which resulted in Richard being responsible for the recruiting and hiring of over 500 consultants. He grew these practices to multi-million dollar organizations with high performing individuals. Richard has experience working in the financial services, banking, insurance, communications, computer, high tech, automotive and airline industries. He is a consultant, mentor and advisor to startups.
