500 Startups is bringing its world-class programming and network of partners & mentors to the wider entrepreneurial community with a series of six, two-day intensive bootcamps for early-stage founders. Founders are welcome to apply to one or the full series of bootcamps. Our progressive curriculum is aimed at providing the tools and resources needed to exponentially scale a company. We’ll be covering topics such as growth fundamentals, team building, sales and marketing, valuations and cap tables, pitching, and more.
Bootcamps will be capped at 20 startup teams per session and participation is free of cost (no fee or equity taken).

Deadline to apply: Apr 27, 2018 (it should only take you 5 minutes!)
Who should apply: Tech startup Founders in pre-seed, seed and post-seed stages that have not yet raised a Series A or equity round. Recommended participants: CEO, CFO, BD/Sales

Melissa Krinzman is the Managing Partner of Krillion Ventures, a $50 million early stage venture capital firm that actively invests in early stage technology companies. Previously, Melissa was the Founder & Managing Director of Venture Architects LLC, a business planning firm that positions early and growth stage companies for success in the capital-raising process.
With a 20-year history of launching, growing and advising private companies and non-profit organizations, Melissa is considered an expert in the field of entrepreneurship. She has worked with over 1,200 companies that have raised more than $1 billion in investment capital using business plans developed by Venture Architects. Additionally, Melissa is a sought after speaker and advisor on the subjects of business planning and capital raising, and has judged business plan competitions across the United States. She began her career as a member of the start-up teams for three prominent, national nonprofit organizations and a European fashion company.
Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University. In addition to her board roles with many of Krillion Ventures' investments, Melissa is a founding board member of Beacon College Prep (a tuition-free public charter school serving Liberty City and Opa-locka) and serves on the boards of Miami Angels and the Ransom-Everglades School Alumni Board.

David Koretz is the Founder & CEO of Plum, the company delivering perfect wine by the glass in luxury homes and hotel rooms around the World.
David was previously the Founder & CEO of Mykonos Software, which was acquired by Juniper Networks in 2012 for $80 million. Under his leadership, Mykonos was awarded the Wall Street Journal Innovation Award. Following the company’s acquisition, he served as the Corporate VP of Products & Strategy for Juniper’s security business.
David is the inventor of a dozen technology patents and was recognized as an innovator by Bloomberg BusinessWeek. Though he is technically (and spiritually) a college dropout, he has completed executive education at Harvard University, Stanford University and the Rochester Institute of Technology. David serves as Chairman of the Board of Adventive. He is a wine fanatic, aspiring nomad and lover of all things street food.
